The Adults Learn to Ride - Beginner course is great for adults who have never ridden a bike before or those who haven’t been on a bike in a while and feel a bit wobbly. 
 
You’ll learn how to:  
•    Check your bike and helmet is safe to use  
•    balance on a bike and pedal independently 
•    basic bike handling skills (braking, manoeuvring, gears and signalling)  
 
This course takes place in a private, quiet and enclosed location and is led by qualified, friendly instructors so you can learn at your own pace. Bring your own bike and helmet, or we can provide one for you!
