Slow Flow

Beginner-friendly | Chill vibes | Full-body reset

This Slow Flow is a beginner-friendly yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and just have fun—no stress, no prior experience needed.

✨ What to expect:

• Gentle, flowing movements that warm the body.
• A laid-back vibe (come as you are!)
• Stretch, smile, and shake off the day
• Beginner-friendly + open to everyone (yes, guys too!)

✨What to bring:

• Yoga mat (No mat? No worries, I have extra- let me know)
• Water
• Sweat towel (your body will warm up, promise!)

Drop-in: $12 cash

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to sign in and set up your mat. The door will be locked at 6pm.
