Come meet the wellness duo; Elyza & Steph. 
The Healing Flow Collective is home to workshops that integrate the best balance of therapeutic wellness & fun! 

- Two therapists, with different backgrounds & the same mission. 
Elyza, who specializes in trauma (EMDR) & Steph, who specializes in fertility (Perinatal mental health certified) have learned along the way, the connection between body and mind is key to healing! 

Wellness workshops are a complimentary addition to mental health support! 

Affordable & fun workshops include: 
🧘‍♀️yoga 
🎶sound healing 
💛 reiki 
💐flower arranging


During our open house, youll be able to mingle with the owners, chat with old and new friends, grab a lite bite to eat & have a chance to win an amazing raffle item! 
Raffle items include: gift cards, baskets, treats & wellness goodies! 

At the end of the open house, The Healing Flow will close for a yoga & sound class at 11 am. 
This class is FREE to share with the community how support the Healing Flow Collective is 💕💕
