Holiday Gnome Cake Decorating Class

Adults can attend singly or with a child and work together on 1 cake under 1 registration age 8+

This is a double cake for added height. You will learn how to level fill and pipe "tree bark" chocolate frosting on the cake. Then pipe the gnomes body with frosting. The gnome's upper-body (hat and nose) is a premade plastic piece. Then you will learn how to pipe an evergreen tree and poinsettia.

A little bit of fondant will be used to shape the gnomes mittens and shoes and to create holly leaves and berries.

*Allergy Awareness- Wilton Fondant is processed in a facility that processes tree nuts. Please contact Sue for an alternative.

Step-by-step instructions. No experience necessary.

All supplies are provided including double 6" cakes with box. You will have use of Instructor Sue's decorating tools during class.
