Healing & Hardcovers

Healing & Hardcovers book club, created in collaboration between East Hill Medical Center and Seymour Library, focuses on a variety of mental health-related topics, including wellness and self-care. Jessica Charbonneau, a licensed clinical social worker, will facilitate the discussion.

Due to a cancellation in January, this month's club will feature two books!
Featured Books: Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? by Dr Julie Smith and When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi.
