Many of us learned early in life not to think too much, feel too much, need too much, or trust too much. What may have once helped us survive can later shape the way we relate to ourselves, to God, and to the people closest to us.

Join us at Mercy Center Auburn for a reflective one-day retreat exploring the movement from codependency toward healthier, more life-giving interdependency.

Together, we will take a compassionate look at the patterns that can keep relationships feeling limited, guarded, or incomplete—and consider new ways of relating with greater honesty, trust, freedom, and wholeness.

This retreat is facilitated by Rev. Jeff Paul, an Episcopal priest with more than 40 years of ministry experience. Since entering recovery in 1985, Rev. Jeff has led recovery retreats around the country rooted in the wisdom of the Twelve Steps.
