Inspired by the repeating patterns found in nature, this slow stitching workshop invites participants to create free-form abstract embroidery in a playful, exploratory way.  We will work intuitively with simple stitches, texture, and rhythm to build layered compositions on an embroidery hoop. This workshop is welcoming to complete beginners as well as experienced stitchers who want to loosen up, play, and focus on process rather than perfection. No prior sewing experience is required. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to experiment and explore.
