We'll use the bike park terrain to learn the skills that work on all sorts of trails. If you want to hit the black trails, great. If you prefer the greens, that's cool too. These days I'm into the blues. I'm very good at meeting you where you are. 10 a.m. to lunchtime: I'll teach you how to pump terrain using the pump track. This is the core skill for all run riding. Turns become sideways holes and jumps become topless rollers. In the morning you get Analytical Lee. I'll give you the science, answer your nerdy questions and make sure you know the hows and whys of great riding.Lunchtime: We'll hang out and talk bikes. BYOL.Lunchtime to 5 p.m.: I switch to Guru Lee. Now it's all about using your new pumping skills in fun ways.
