About the event

Crafting with Balloons

Join us at The Teen Library on Tuesday, August 19th, from 4:30 - 5:30 pm to make not one, but two balloon crafts! We'll be making balloon stress balls AND self-inflating puffer fish toys.

This program is open to teens in middle and high school.
