We will have Kenzie MacPhail and Heidi Rounds from Zenith Coaching, who will provide some running tips.  We will also run the race course, which is roughly 0.85 miles.

Water and snacks will be provided. 

Meet and Greet: 9:00-9:05
Running Tips: 9:05-9:10 (or until we are done)
Running together 9:10 until people are ready to leave.
