What is the most comforting thing to eat in the winter…Soups! In this hands on class we will be learning to make 2 soups; Ultimate Creamy Potato and French Onion Soups. We will be discussing the difference of making cream soups vs. broth based soups. You will taste everything you make and take home plenty of soup for your family to enjoy.
