- **Event Description**: In these collective waves of transition, my dear friends Indigo Rhythms and I are offering a gentle, yet potent space in the honoring of the Butterfly’s transformation ? 

In this nervous system nourishing and soothing co-created container is a space to honor your personal journey, whether it be a time of dissolving old patterns and forms, a time of needed strength and encouragement in building resilience, or even the gentle soft breath in between for integration and embodiment in allowing our wings to fully take flight ? 

In our time together we will be opening our co-created container with an opening circle inviting the wisdom and strength of the Butterfly while nourishing the Spirit with Ceremonial Cacao. From there having the space to listen to the internal cues of what your personal intentions of releasing are, watching them dissolve into water, creating the space to receive and build anew. We will then move into Breathwork and a Yin Yoga practice to open the fascia and settle the mind and body to prepare for a Guided Meditation and Sound Journey with individual Reiki ? As we gently land back into the space, there will be creative outlets for intuitive journaling and drawing to anchor and integrate your process. In the closing of our time together, we will gather with light refreshments and community sharing for further integration and grounding ?

*Please bring your own personal mug for Cacao, and a journal for further integration in the coming days, weeks 
*If you are called, please bring a personal item to add to the community altar, which will be immersed in the energies of the retreat that you will then take home with you 
*Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to relax 
*Most importantly - Come as you are, all is welcome ✨
