🌿 For thousands of years, women have gathered in circles to share stories, wisdom, grief, laughter, and healing. There is something profoundly powerful about sitting in a space where you can be fully seen and fully accepted.

This will be a sacred, supportive, and judgment-free space where women can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

✨ There is something powerful that happens when women gather with intention — when we speak honestly, listen deeply, and realize we are not alone in what we are carrying.

Our time together will be simple and meaningful. 🌱 A space for sharing, listening, reflection, and reconnecting with our own inner wisdom. I may occasionally introduce gentle grounding practices to help us settle into the space, but the heart of the circle is connection.

✅You don’t need to have anything figured out to come.
✅You don’t need to be “spiritual enough.”
✅You don’t need to be anything other than yourself.
✅Just arrive as you are.

This space is about authenticity, compassion, and remembering that we don’t have to walk through life alone.

Sometimes healing begins simply by sitting in a circle and realizing you’re not alone.
