That’s why in celebration of this year’s Yoga Day and Summer Solstice, I’m offering a series of free classes. Simply to move, breathe, rest, and reconnect.

A gentle outdoor morning practice at Upper Barraka Gardens, Valletta.

Return to Stillness
Gentle flow into deep rest at The Blossom Salon, Iklin.

Deep Reset
A slow yin yoga practice foe nervous system regulation, flexibility and deep relaxation at The Blossom Salon, Iklin.

✨ Monday 22 June · 19:00
Release the Day
An outdoor evening practice in Hastings Garden, Valletta, designed to help you unwind and transition softly into the evening.

All classes are free and open to all levels.
