This exhibit brings visitors behind the pages of two influential works by Emma Lila Fundaburk, which document the daily life, customs, and craftsmanship of Southeastern Tribal Nations. Through illustrations, paintings, and historical records, the exhibit highlights Native artistry, community, and cultural continuity across the Southeast. 

For the Poarch Creek Indians, the textiles, objects, and images represented in these works are not only reflections of the past, but part of living traditions that continue through art and teachings.
