Our signature event provides resources that foster positive habits and behaviors, while also offering myriad opportunities to get involved and bond with other sisters in MS, lupus, and NMOSD from around the world.We encourage attendees to pursue emotional, intellectual, social, optimal spiritual and physical habits for a satisfying life within the MS, lupus, and NMOSD communities. Living with chronic illness presents obstacles that are unique to each individual, and for Black women, the challenges can be even more complex. That’s why Wellness Week(end) was curated with YOU in mind! It’s a place unlike any other for you to rest and recharge, and we can’t wait to see you there with your support squad (spouse, partner, caregiver, family and friends).This year’s Wellness Week(end) theme is “In Pursuit of Joy,” because for us, joy isn’t optional — it’s essential.
