On July 18, we're bringing Atlanta together for something bigger than a 5K.
Walk It Off ATL is a community movement.

We're walking for our own health.
We're walking for the people we've lost too soon to diabetes, heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and other preventable metabolic conditions.

During registration, you'll even have the opportunity to honor someone you love by including their name on the back of our commemorative event shirt.

After the walk, we'll gather at Terminal South to enjoy lunch, conversation, and build a healthier community together.

This isn't about finishing first.
It's about deciding that your health matters.
And that we don't have to do it alone.
