Raised in Chicago on her Mississippi grandmother’s Black Southern cooking, Chef Jones approaches food as history, resistance, and care. Her work draws from the Lowcountry, the Mississippi Delta, and Great Migration kitchens, while also reclaiming her Afro-Puerto Rican heritage as part of her evolving culinary voice.Her curated five-course menu will be announced soon. Expect deeply rooted Southern flavors, thoughtful storytelling, and an evening centered on community and culinary reverence inside The Vinyl Room.
