Join us for the first of two gentle yoga sessions, rooted in community and collective care. Together, we'll reflect on the Rest Assured exhibit through journaling and embodied movement, carrying the artwork's themes into our practice. Tea will be served afterward to invite conversation and connection. Bring your family, friends, boo...or just yourself and a mat! All levels and bodies welcome.
