Join us for an immersive and transformative experience at the Realization Process In-Person Retreat. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your self-awareness, confidence and cultivate a sense of deep inward contact and embodiment. This is a trauma-sensitve somatic meditation practice that utilizes the Realization Process to cultivate presence through the subtle energy body. This practice moves beyond traditional mindfulness and somatic theory to foster a sense of wholeness by returning to oneself through direct experience.
