We are incredibly grateful for the extraordinary response to the Philip Ayler Open Model Casting. More than 13,000 people have viewed the announcement, and it has been shared more than 3,000 times. We truly appreciate everyone who has expressed interest in walking with Philip Ayler. Because of the anticipated turnout, advance RSVP is strongly encouraged. Please select one arrival window and arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. RSVP AND ARRIVAL INFORMATION • Registered models who arrive during their confirmed window will receive priority. • A limited number of walk-ins may be accepted on a standby basis, time permitting. • We will make every reasonable effort to see registered attendees who arrive on time; however, an RSVP does not guarantee that you will be seen, invited to a callback or selected. • Please do not register for more than one arrival window. • Admission and participation in the casting are free. No purchase or payment is required. • If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP so another model may register. WHAT TO BRING Please arrive prepared with: • A current comp card or printed headshot, if available. • Two pairs of clean, runway-appropriate shoes. • Women: heels and flats. • Men: dress shoes or boots and clean sneakers. • A valid photo ID. • A portfolio or digital portfolio, if available. • Any additional materials that may be helpful to the casting directors. Please wear clean, simple, fitted clothing that allows the casting team to see your proportions and movement. Neutral colors or black are recommended. Keep hair and makeup natural and minimal. WHAT TO EXPECT Models will check in, receive an identification number and be seen in numerical order whenever possible. Each model may be asked to introduce themselves, walk for the casting team, pose and be photographed or recorded for internal casting review. To keep the process moving efficiently, each initial audition will be brief. Additional walks, interviews, fittings or callbacks will be offered only when requested by the casting team. SELECTION AND COMPENSATION This is a casting call, not an offer of employment. Participation, registration, photography, evaluation or a callback does not guarantee selection or paid work. The casting itself is unpaid. Models ultimately selected and contracted for the Philip Ayler presentation will be offered compensation, with rates, responsibilities, fittings, rehearsals, call times and other terms communicated separately before engagement. Any selected model must confirm availability and sign the applicable model, employment, image-use and participation agreements before taking part. Unless expressly agreed to in writing, transportation, parking, lodging, meals and other expenses related to attending the casting are the responsibility of the attendee. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING The casting will be photographed and recorded for evaluation, production documentation and potential promotional use. Attendees may be asked to sign a separate model or media release before being photographed or recorded. Registration through Eventbrite does not replace any additional release or agreement that may be required. If you have questions or concerns about being photographed or recorded, please speak with the check-in team before entering the casting area. MODELS UNDER 18 Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout the casting and be available to provide identification and sign any required consent or release forms. Unaccompanied minors may not be permitted to participate. ACCESSIBILITY AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Please contact us in advance if you require a reasonable accommodation. All attendees, guests and team members are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Philip Ayler reserves the right to refuse or end participation when necessary for safety, capacity, disruption, harassment, misrepresentation or failure to follow venue and casting instructions.
