Real Issues | Real Applied Learning
Each module begins with a short lecture and practical examples. Your breakout group will apply the new material using the case study, followed by a large group debrief. Finally, you will apply the material to your own real-life situation. Throughout the class, you will gain new perspectives as you coach and are coached by your instructors and peers. At the conclusion of the class, you will identify a personalized fieldwork project that will immediately apply what you have learned to address a current business issue.
Mastery Through Ongoing Support & Accountability
The limited class size and small group learning format offers ample opportunities to get to know your fellow participants. The environment and support network facilitate accelerated learning while your classmates and instructors commit to your success. Four to six weeks after the class, we will reconvene virtually to share lessons learned, celebrate early wins, and give you the support and confidence to overcome hurdles.
