Parking:We encourage all guests to carpool, use a rideshare, or take Marta to the Little 5 Points Center for Arts and Community (1083 Austin Ave.). The Center is two blocks from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown Train Station. There is limited free parking at the Little 5 Points Center for Arts and Community. If you chose to park at the Center, please be sure to lock your vehicle and stow away any valuables. Refunds:Since the money raised for these ghost tours goes to non-profit organizations, all sales are final. Tickets can be transferred to another date/time, if available.Cancellations:The Little 5 Points Ghost Tours are rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather. In the event of lightning, flooding, or other dangerous conditions, the tour will be cancelled. The final decision to cancel a tour will be made 15 minutes prior to tour time. We will do our best to notify guests ahead of time via email, social media, Eventbrite, and website alerts. In case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be given the option of rescheduling their tour, receiving a full refund, or donating the ticket price back to the Little 5 Points Business Association and Little 5 Points Center for Arts and Community. Liability Waiver:The Little 5 Points Ghost Tour is a walking tour that is approximately one mile long and lasts around 1.5 hours. Guests understand and confirm that their participation in the tour is voluntary. All guests participating in this tour agree that they are in good physical health and suffer from no physical or mental condition that would make them susceptible to injury or disability while participating in the tour. Guests are aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards involved in their participation in the walking tour. The tour takes places in public venues under conditions largely beyond the control of organizers and guides. There may be hazards along the route, including but not limited to debris, uneven sidewalks, wet or slippery ground, pedestrian traffic, and vehicle traffic. Participants agree to assume all risks and accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with their participation in the tour. They will abide by all safety guidelines provided by the tour operators. Tour operators also recommend that all participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a face covering. All participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Little 5 Points Business Association, Little 5 Points Center for Arts and Community, and all volunteers associated with the Little 5 Points Ghost Tours for any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses for loss or damage of property, injury, or death arising from their participation in the tour.
