Creole shrimp, served over a bed of Gouda grits, & braised greens.
Fluffy buttermilk waffle, ASW Fiddler Bourbon peach maple glaze, almond granola, whip cream, & 3 whole fried chicken wings.
Dessert Choices:
Biscoff cheesecake with an ASW Fiddler Bourbon caramel drizzle.
Red velvet cake with a Oreo cream cheese frosting.
This event will be open to the public, but comes with a discounted drink token and plate pre-purchases are encouraged. Brunch plates & desserts will be available a la carte in the tasting room during the event as well.
