Your chef instructor will teach you one recipe for the Chicken/Veggie Dumpling and one recipe for the Vegan Dumpling and will explain the slight difference in the preparation of the filling as it relates to each country. Knife safety and skills will be demonstrated and each guest will have an opportunity during the ingredient preparation to use a Chef’s Knife and a Paring Knife. Once all of your dumplings are steamed to perfection and your dipping sauce is complete, you'll be able to enjoy them with your fellow foodie friends!No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore.
