This meditative practice is all about finding gratitude within and appreciating the goodness that is found in every corner of daily life, especially the little things we often take for granted. From the beautiful & bountiful world around us to the intricate world within, there is so much that is going right in every moment and so much to be grateful for! 

You will be guided through cues to put the body and mind at ease and deeply relaxed in the soft glow of candlelight.  A rest in awareness and abundance to the soothing sound vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other accent sounds to add to your meditative state of bliss.

Some benefits of sound baths include decreased anxiety and stress, deep relaxation, improved sleep, and the energy centers in the body coming into alignment.

So, whether you're filled with gratitude already or feeling kind of down and need something to lift your spirits, this practice is for you.

No experience required.  This is a very still practice.
