- **Event Description**: It's back! The Atlanta Film Society and Kodak Film Lab Atlanta are in partnership to present The 100 Feet of Film Project. This project provides a team of filmmakers with the opportunity to maximize their creativity while minimizing the ability to reshoot. Through this project, filmmakers will learn to effectively and efficiently shoot on a limited reel of film stock, and in the process, must focus on the fundamentals of filmmaking. Join us for a discussion with filmmakers from our most recent season as they talk about their individual experiences participating in the program and shooting on film.

ABOUT THE PANELISTS:

Kristian Zuniga is an award-winning Director of Photography based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 10 years of experience as a freelance cinematographer, he has shot commercials for Puma, Adidas, Nike, Apple, META, Remy Martin and more. Kristian has worked with UKVMA / VMA-winning directors and artists including Janelle Monáe, Raury, 6LACK, A Tribe Called Quest, Run The Jewels, Chance the Rapper, Drake, The Migos , Charlie Puth, and Orville Peck. He has premiered films at Tribeca, Sundance and SXSW. 

With more than 15 years of experience, Derek King is a director and visual‑effects artist whose work spans music videos, television, and film. As a director, he’s created videos for high‑profile artists including Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Ski Mask the Slump God, Des Rocs, and Tommy Lee. In visual effects, Derek has worked as a VFX supervisor on Adult Swim projects such as Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell and Yule Log 1 & 2, and contributed to multiple award‑winning short and feature films. He is also the co-founder of RunnerRunner, a production company focused on commercial work and narrative filmmaking.

Camera assistant by day, cartoonist by...other day, fledgeling director by night, coffee addict by morning, Elliot Long is an Atlanta-based creative whose work focuses on creatures, puppetry, and anything in the realm of the strange and fantastic. 

James Crawford is a multifaceted audio-visual artist from Atlanta, Georgia. He primarily works in post-production with a focus on visually driven storytelling. James' background in music informs the rhythm, pacing, and sound design of his work, while his experience in photography strengthens the visual language. 

REMINDER: Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees must be seated, and the event will reach capacity. Arrive early to network before the panel discussion begins at 7:30 PM. Networking may resume after the panel discussion until midnight.
