This class is for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.Sumanah is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor who found her yoga practice in 2012- a few months after her final heart surgery and 6 years after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure.What Sumanah has gained from yoga is an intuitive knowing and appreciation of her own body and natural state that she had never experienced before. She gained strength, grounding, connection, and community; peace, empathy, and presence. Sumanah’s practice and devotion to yoga has become a way of being and existing in this world.
