Clean and Lean Nutrition Challenge
March is National Nutrition Month so we are celebrating by eating clean and getting lean in this 3-week nutrition challenge! The Clean & Lean Challenge aims to improve your diet and increase physical activity. The challenge provides students, faculty/staff, and the community of Emory with a nutrition and fitness plan to encourage healthy eating and exercise. Participants are to start one new nutrition habit a week and continue each one for the remainder of the challenge. The challenge also has a fitness component in which participants need to earn a certain amount of points each week in strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. Those who complete the challenge will be awarded great prizes that will be announced soon!
