King, Jr., Drive, one block from the CapitolA surface lot is located on Memorial Drive, one block from the CapitolUnderground Parking: A parking garage is located on the north side of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, two blocks from the CapitolTransportation: Take I-75/85 North to Exit 245 (Capitol Avenue). At the end of the exit ramp, continue straight through the stop sign. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Hank Aaron Drive. (The name will change to Capitol Avenue). The State Capitol is on your left.Seating:There are public galleries where you can watch legislators discussing bills in the chambers and meeting rooms, but space is limited.Signage:You are allowed to bring poster-sized signs, up to 22-by-28 inches large, inside the Georgia Capitol. A policy adopted by the Georgia Building Authority permits hand-held signs in public areas of the Capitol, excluding House and Senate chambers.
