Immerse yourself in a calming atmosphere illuminated by candlelight, where you will be guided into deep relaxation and introspection to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.  This session is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and connect with your inner self.

Yoga Nidra is the yoga of rest; also known as yogic sleep.  It’s a deeply restorative and meditative practice designed to guide you into a state of conscious relaxation.  This guided journey leads you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization techniques to access a state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and rest can occur. 

Embrace this opportunity to find tranquility and emerge feeling revitalized, ready to welcome new beginnings and set positive intentions for the month ahead.

No experience required.  This is a very still practice.
