Borderlands Parade Group and Post Parade Tea Party/Shoot


This event encompasses both the info for our parade group as well as our post parade meetup/photoshoot.

Meetup info:
Actual meetup/photoshoot location: Hilton 12th Floor
Actual time: 11:30am-12:30 pm (maybe slightly earlier, it depends when we get done with the parade).

We will have refreshments like cookies and some kind of drink. If you are able, please bring snacks and/or drinks to share with the group!

Wristband pickups- Wristband pickups will be during the Friday meetups (4-5pm Hilton Steps, 7-9pm Marriott pool. I will most likely be around a bit before/after each of these meetups if you have a conflict) and Saturday AM (I will be in front of the Marriott Starbucks from 8:00-8:45am, someone might be there a little later to snag stragglers). It is your responsibility to come get your wristband from one of us, you cannot walk without it.

Getting to the Staging area: You can walk down to the staging area yourself or take one of the shuttles that are available (it leaves from the Marriott). DO NOT GET ON ANY SHUTTLE THAT LEAVES AFTER 9:30 AM! You will not make it to the staging area in time to march. I will be leading a group down around 8:30/8:45 am from the Marriott.
