A Sun Salutation is a flowing sequence of yoga poses; harnessing the energy of the sun and burning away what no longer us and reminds us of the power we hold.

We’ll be moving at an intentional pace, not rushing through; not moving too slow.  Time to move at your own pace.  This practice is an all-levels flow - beginners welcome.  Modifications available.

This is not a full 108.  So whether your goal is 5, 15, 27, or 54 - come explore the connection between body and breath.
