# Event Details - **Event Name**: Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup - **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 20 Nov, 2025 at 11:00 am – Thu, 20 Nov, 2025 at 01:00 pm - **Event Description**: Are you a professional or aspiring photographer in Atlanta? Please join us for this monthly coffee meetup to network and talk shop.About this EventAtlanta Photographers Coffee MeetupIf you're a working professional photographer in Atlanta, or aspire to be one please join us for the Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup. This is a casual networking event. Drink some coffee or tea, talk shop, and discuss whatever else you'd like.Stop, Collaborate, and ListenMeet other photographers, find ways to collaborate, and get to know each other better. Discuss photography issues in Atlanta and beyond, talk about emerging trends we're seeing, trade information about marketing and promotion, business administration and taxes, location scouting, and a lot more.Atlanta Photographers Are Better TogetherIt's my strong belief that we're better together. What does that mean? For me it means that we can learn from each other, support each other, and help move the local photography industry forward for the benefit of all Atlanta photographers.Regular Networking MeetingsI'm planning on hosting monthly or at least quarterly coffee meetups. They give us a chance to meet each other, find ways to collaborate, and get to know each other better. If this sounds interesting please join us! That said, if you can't make this one, please sign up for alerts and watch for the next one.Additionally, please reach out to suggest dates or locations that work better for you for our next coffee meetup. Plus, this is something I'm interested in sharing ownership of. Therefore, if you want to organize a meetup, for coffee, a photography session, or anything else let me know. I'm happy to share the info and promote it.Venue Ideas?Let me know if you have venue ideas. Finding coffee shops or other locations that can accomidate a group that can be as small as 3 of us or as large as 20 isn't easy. If you've got a studio and want to host that would be great but even if you've just got some other ideas of where we can meet I'd love to hear them.Atlanta PhotographersBack in Pittsburgh I created a website and directory of photographers that was publicly accessible. This allowed everyone to have a leg up on predatory websites like Thumbtack or Yelp which often show up in the top results. I'd love to collaborate with others who might be interested in doing this same thing here in Atlanta.Your HostMy name is Don Orkoskey and I'm the owner of WDO Photography. I photograph corporate and nonprofit events, offer headshots, and teach photography. I'm a bit new to Atlanta and I can't wait to meet you all on the 20th!From Pittsburgh To AtlantaI moved from Pittsburgh to Atlanta in August when my wife accepted a professorship here. I used to run similar meetups in Pittsburgh. Past meetups in Pittsburgh lead to collaboration, advice on book-keepers and accountants, and leads for new clients. It was a really helpful event that spurred collaboration and friendship. As such, I'm looking to do the same here in Atlanta. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/atlanta/atlanta-photographers-coffee-meetup/100001925485241189 - **Event Categories**: meetups, photography, art - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 1 ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 0, max: 0, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: Atlanta - **state**: GA - **country**: United States - **location**: Rosetta Bakery - **lat**: 33.8394054 - **long**: -84.38197339999999 - **full address**: Rosetta Bakery, 3050 Peachtree Road Northwest, Atlanta, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events7/banners/416c6956e79340b74cfdf3d4240f06c818b7962d8e7de175eee0722b3d14750f-rimg-w1200-h675-dc171513-gmir.jpg?v=1762852121 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup being held? - **A:** Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup takes place on Thu, 20 Nov, 2025 at 11:00 am to Thu, 20 Nov, 2025 at 01:00 pm at Rosetta Bakery, 3050 Peachtree Road Northwest, Atlanta, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup? - **A:** Atlanta Photographers Coffee Meetup is organized by Pro photographer Don Orkoskey | WDO Photography, Pittsburgh PA. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
