ASACDST Presents Friday Fitness: Line Dancing Fun

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority is committed to encouraging the communities we serve to stay healthy -- physically and mentally. With that in mind, the Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter is excited to host our final 2025 Friday Fitness sessions (because it's December!)

In conjuction with the Sorority's Red S.H.O.E. initiative (Self-care, Healthy Options and Exercise), thes Friday Fitness sessions showcase a wide range of fun and enjoyable fitness options.

In December 2025, we invite the community to join us for some Line Dancing Fun! Led by the talented instructor duo of Nikki and Rashon, you will have a wonderful time as move your body and brush up on your line dancing skills -- including some old favorites AND maybe a brand new one or two!

This session is Free and Open to Adults (men and women). Advance registration is required -- no walk-ups permitted on event day. Please note that spots are limited, participants may register for one (1) slot. Volunteers will be sourced from ASACDST.
