(We enjoyed our break, however, we are glad to be back!)In conjuction with the Sorority's Red S.H.O.E. initiative (Self-care, Healthy Options and Exercise), thes Friday Fitness sessions showcase a wide range of fun and enjoyable fitness options.In February 2026, we invite the community to join us for both Detroit Ballroom and Line Dancing Fun! Led by the talented instructor duo of Rashon and TJ, you will have a wonderful time as move your body like you were born in Motown and brush up on your line dancing skills!This session is Free and Open to Adults (Men and Women). Advance registration is required -- no walk-ups permitted on event day. Please note that spots are limited, participants may register for ONE (1) slot.
