The foundation of Salsa, Mambo, and many Latin dance styles comes from Afro-Cuban movement.
When you understand that root, your dancing stops being steps… and becomes expression.

Each Saturday, we’ll spend 2 hours together, diving deep into:
-Afro-Cuban body movement & technique
-Rhythm, musicality, and cultural understanding
-Traditional roots and their connection to modern dance

This is more than a class...it’s an experience to reconnect with the roots, develop your movement, and bring more depth and authenticity into your dance.
