This circle is a space to come back into harmony with yourself. Sound has always been one of the most ancient ways we recalibrate our nervous system, clear stagnant emotion, and reconnect with inner knowing. Long before words, there was vibration and your body remembers.

As we move through the early part of this year, many are feeling the call to shed heaviness, reset rhythm and reconnect with clarity. April brings a natural shift in momentum — a movement from internal processing into gentle forward motion.

This circle supports that transition through frequency, voice, presence and shared space.

We will work with:

No singing experience is needed. Your voice does not need to be “good”. Your voice only needs to be true.
