PRETORIA MINING DISASTER COMMEMORATION SERVICE

The Commemoration Service of the Pretoria Mining Disaster will take place at the Atherton Pretoria Memorial on the 115th Anniversary of the event. 344 men and boys lost their lives in an underground explosion at the Hulton Colliery on December 21st 1910 - just four days before Christmas. The service takes place at 2pm and all are welcome.
