In this session, Andy breaks down the internal shifts no one prepares you for - identity, pressure, and purpose - and how those shifts show up in business. Through his lens as both a founder and clinician, he’ll explore how to stop getting in your own way and share a practical approach to moving forward when everything feels unclear.

SESSION 2: Your Network Is Your Net Worth with Young Han

There’s a reason things feel stalled: You’re not meant to do this alone. Young will show how building intentional relationships has been the most powerful accelerator in his entrepreneurial journey — and how it can be yours too. He will break down his favorite tactics to develop his relationship building skills so you walk away with tangible action items to activate your network and continue to grow it. Whether you’re building something or figuring out what’s next, this session will help you see the people around you as possibilities.
