Duo Dialogues

The intimacy of duo music-making has beguiled composers for centuries and challenged musicians to deliver soloistic yet collaborative performances. In this opening program, violinist Stella Chen performs Saint-Saëns’s glorious Violin Sonata no. 1, alongside Ludwig van Beethoven’s rarely-heard Horn Sonata in F major featuring Kevin Rivard.
