This is a laid-back social meet — no pressure, no strict schedule. Join in as much or as little as you like ?

? Friday 13th

I’ll be onsite from 4pm at Pitch 4, so come and say hello!

We can either stay around the vans or take a 10-minute walk to The Gate Inn for a few hours (arrival times will vary, so we’ll keep it flexible). I’ll probably grab food at the van before or after.

In the evening, we’ll relax, have a few drinks, and enjoy a fire ?
(Please bring your own fire pit or team up with someone who has one to stay warm.)

? Saturday 14th

Breakfast at your vans.

In the afternoon (around 1–2pm), we’ll head into Atherstone town centre for drinks and food — plenty of options to choose from.
It’s about a 45-minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi ride.

Later, back to the site for more socialising, drinks, and fireside chats ?

Departure by 12 noon.
