I came on here the other day and introduced myself as Warren from Let’s Connect and shared our local walk, sauna and dip. The response was amazing, so thank you to everyone who liked, commented, shared the post and followed the page. �

I thought I’d share something else we’ve got coming up locally next month.

We’ll be holding a full-day workshop in Atherstone where we’ll be using connection, breathwork, shadow work, bodywork and whatever comes up on the day.

Now this isn’t just a walk and a chat. This is much deeper inner work.

We’ll be spending 12 hours together (I know that sounds like a long day, but trust me, we can cover a lot and do it safely in 12 hours). We’ll eat together, laugh together and maybe even cry together.

Think of it as a taste of one of our weekend retreats. A full day to switch off from the outside world, connect with like-minded people and spend some time working on yourself.

Who’s it for?

Anyone who feels like they’re carrying more than they need to.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with anxiety, finding life overwhelming, wanting to understand yourself a little better, or simply looking for a safe space to reconnect with yourself and others, you’d be very welcome.

The theme of the day is letting go of old patterns and habits that no longer serve us, and making space for new things to come into our lives.
