In the 13 month a lander The 24th is the last day and the 25th is the start of the new year. This is a time to let go of what no longer serves us and set intentions for the year ahead. This will be the theme of this 12 hour retreat. Where we will be using shadow work, breathwork, bodywork, cacao and hopefully a fire circle( if the weather allows us) to see what needs to stay and what needs to go.
