V.V.I.A.
Οι V.V.I.A. aka (Venus Volcanism & In Atlas) γεννήθηκαν τη στιγμή που η Κρητικιά Venus Volcanism και η In Atlas από την Κοπεγχάγη συναντήθηκαν. Αν και τότε ακόμη άγνωστες μεταξύ τους, σύντομα μετακόμισαν μαζί σε ένα διαμέρισμα στην Αθήνα, όπου η άμεση σύνδεσή τους βρήκε διέξοδο μέσα από τα κοινά τους μουσικά ενδιαφέροντα και ευαισθησίες.
Το καλλιτεχνικό τους σύμπαν είναι συνυφασμένο με πόθο, οργή και στοχασμούς πάνω στην κοινωνία, την αγάπη και την ύπαρξη. Συνδυάζοντας υποβλητικά φωνητικά και λαμπερές συνθετικές υφές με την αινιγματική φωνή του theremin, το δίδυμο δημιουργεί έναν δυνατό, synth- pop -punk driven ήχο που ξεπερνά τη νοσταλγία.
Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει μουσική μέσω δισκογραφικών όπως Women of V.V.I.A., Vinylograph, Phormix και Meta Moto.
Στο ILION PLUS πέρα από παλιότερες συνθέσεις τους θα παρουσιάσουν το νέο τους αλμπουμ με τίτλο I Knew You Before We Met, που κυκλοφορήσε από την Inner Ear Records την άνοιξη του 2025.
Το "I Knew You Before We Met" έχει σαν βασικό θέμα του τον αγώνα για επανασύνδεση, μετά από έναν μεγάλο αποχωρισμό. Εξερευνά τη φιλία και την πλατωνική αγάπη. Τον Μάρτιο του 2024, οι V.V.I.A. επανασυνδέθηκαν σε μία καλύβα σ'ένα δάσος της Δανίας. Τότε δεν γνώριζαν ότι θα προκύψει ένα άλμπουμ, ήξεραν μόνο ότι ήθελαν να δημιουργήσουν κάτι μαζί, αφού είχαν χωριστεί για τόσο πολύ καιρό. Ωστόσο, τόσο οι εσωτερικές όσο και οι εξωτερικές προκλήσεις δυσκόλεψαν τη διαδικασία. Από αυτό προέκυψε μία κατάσταση απόγνωσης, η οποία όμως εξελίχθηκε σε μια ιστορία αγάπης για δύο ανθρώπους που προσπαθούσαν να ανακαλύψουν ξανά κάτι που κάποτε υπήρχε και ήλπιζαν να το ξαναβρούν.

In Trance 95
Οι In Trance 95, το εμβληματικό ηλεκτρονικό ντουέτο των Alex Μαχαίρα και Νίκου Βελιώτη, παρουσιάζουν ολοκαίνουργιο υλικό που μόλις ηχογραφήθηκε, μαζί με μερικά από τα κλασικά τους κομμάτια.
Οι In Trance 95 σχηματίστηκαν στην Αθήνα το 1988 και θεωρούνται από τους πρωτοπόρους της ελληνικής minimal synth και EBM σκηνής. Από τις πρώτες αναλογικές ηχογραφήσεις τους μέχρι τη σημερινή διεθνή αναγνώριση, παραμένουν ένα από τα πιο σημαντικά και επιδραστικά σχήματα του είδους.

V.V.I.A. first came to life the moment Cretan native Venus Volcanism and Copenhagen-born In Atlas collided. Still strangers, they moved in together in an apartment in Athens, where their instant connection demanded an outlet for their shared interests and sensibilities. The band's artistic tapestry is woven with longing, anger, and ruminations on society, love, and existence. Merging haunting vocals and radiant pads with the enigmatic voice of a theremin, the duo crafts a potent synth-driven sound that moves beyond nostalgia.
They have released music on labels such as Women of V.V.I.A., Vinylograph, Phormix, and Meta Moto. At ILION PLUS, in addition to their earlier compositions, they will present their new album titled I Knew You Before We Met, which was released by Inner Ear Records in the spring of 2025.
I Knew You Before We Met" is about the struggle to reconnect after a long separation. It explores friendship and platonic love. In March 2024, V.V.I.A. reunited in a cabin in the woods of Denmark. At the time, they didn’t know what the album would become; they only knew they wanted to create something together after being apart for so long. Yet, both internal and external challenges made the process difficult. The process turned into a desperate situation, but it also unfolded as a lovestory about two people striving to rediscover something that once was and hoping to find it again.

Formed in Athens in 1988, In Trance 95 are considered pioneers of the Greek minimal synth and EBM scene. From their early analog recordings to their current international acclaim, they remain one of the most important and influential acts of the genre.
