Calling all helping hands! The Deeply Rooted Church Community thrives thanks to the dedication of volunteers like you. We're hosting a Work Weekend, a fantastic opportunity to give back, connect with your community, and have some laughs along the way!
Building Strength, Building Community:
This Work Weekend is all about maintaining our beautiful space – the buildings, grounds, and gardens that nourish our community spirit. Whether you're a seasoned handyman or have a knack for organization, there's a task for you! We welcome all skillsets for jobs like:
Maintaining the Grounds: Lending a hand with landscaping, gardening, and general upkeep.
Lodge Love: Sprucing up the lodge with cleaning, organizing, and preparing for upcoming events.
Sharing Your Expertise: If you have specific skills (like carpentry or plumbing), consider training others on a fun and productive project.
More Than Just Work:
Work Weekends are about community as much as contribution. We'll fuel our efforts with delicious meals throughout the day, and there's always plenty of time for socializing, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories.
