Contemplating the theme of moving forward and the idea that “What's done is done. What's gone is gone [...] It’s okay to look back to see how far you’ve come, but keep moving forward,” we’ll release the ideas we’ve gathered about our practice—and about ourselves—and open space for something new to emerge.

Through a 360° Mandala sequencing flow, we’ll honor both reflection and progression—circling around the mat with mindful transitions, uplifting rhythm, and creative waves of movement. Expect spirals, playful sequences, and transitions that remind us of the beauty of letting go and the power of moving forward.

And after practice? Stay for our cozy potluck brunch! Bring a dish you love, and let’s share delicious food, warm company, and that glowing after-yoga feeling.
