- **Event Description**: Join us every Tuesday this summer for tropical drinks and a good time!About this EventJoin us at Live Wire Athens every Tuesday this summer (excluding May 12th because we are closed for a private event), from 5 to 10 PM-ish, for craft tiki cocktails and a rotating taco menu from our favorite Chef and TTT Co-host, Don Carne.All of the crowd-favorite tiki drinks from last season will be on the menu, with new cocktails making their debut, featuring spirits and liqueurs from our returning sponsors, Denizen Rum and Luxardo.If you aren't crazy about rum, we will have quite a few non-rum cocktail specials, non-alcoholic options, THC beverages, and regular-degular beer.You can enjoy live music from Kinky Waikiki every first Tuesday of the month, Latin social dancing in Robertson Hall every third Tuesday of the month, and Rum School nearly every Tuesday, where we will learn all about the history, culture, and production of rum. There will be no Rum School this week, but class will be back in session on May 19th, 2026.The Tiki Taco Tuesday Tally Total Table (whew) will also be in effect this season. You can earn points a variety of ways that will count towards complimentary drinks.We will have several special themed weeks to be announced, but we most definitely want to see you in your best festive fit for our Cinco de Mayo x Tiki x May the Fourth crossover opening night.
