Restorative poses are gentle & fully supported by props. Both forms incorporate longer holds from 3 - 5 minutes. Exhale & enjoy a calm, stress-less space. Perfect for beginners. Props used are blankets, blocks, strap & bolster. Most props are provided. But feel free to bring your own. See you on the mat!
