Departmental alumnus and Associate Professor Anthropology Jim Veteto and North Carolina ethnobotanist Marc Williams will treat us to a mead walk in the Latin American Ethnobotanical Garden, where they will discuss the use of botanicals in mead making. This will be followed by a mead-making session at the Ethnoecology and Biodiversity Lab.
